Celestion Guitar Speakers
Celestion are known as the king of the guitar speaker for good reason. Almost any well known guitarist you can think of from the 1960's through to the present day relies on Celestion for a large part of their tone. This is why the amp manufacturers specify Celestion more than any other brand. Think Fender, Marshall, Vox, Orange, Mesa, Blackstar, Laney and many more big brands plus smaller boutique amp builders from around the world and all of them have used Celestion over many years.

Celestion Vintage 30 guitar speaker, 16 Ohm (Vintage 30 16 Ohm)
Back in 1986 a new breed of hard rock player was on the rise. To meet the demands of the players and their increasingly 'hot-rodded' amplifiers, Celestion set out to develop a modern speaker, capable of handling much more power and overdrive. To achieve this, Celestion coupled their 'H' magnet (the closest in performance to Alnico) with a new cone and voice coil employing contemporary materials.
The result is Celestion's most revealing speaker, the Vintage 30. Featuring enormously detailed and complex overtones, a warm low-end, a famously rich vocal mid-range and a beautifully detailed top-end. Used singly to reveal the complexities in hand- wired boutique amps, or in quartets for a wonderfully intricate vintage 3D crunch, the Vintage 30 sound has been captured on thousands of recordings from a diverse range of notable players including Slash, Steve Stevens and Peter Frampton.
