Developed in the Seventies to provide more power and attack specifically for lead guitarists the Classic Lead features a fibreglass voice coil which provides a unique tone and character.  The tightly controlled low end with a powerful upper bass and low mid, aggressive mids and a strong yet controlled top end ensure that individual notes cut through the mix whilst still providing excellent results on power chords.  High power handling and efficiency allow this speaker to perform superbly in single speaker combos, not for everyone but for those who swear by the Classic Lead there is just no other choice.
